Lithuanian-Latvian consortium Multikapital Consortium is the new owner
of Marina Bar. The consortium purchased 54.3 percent stake in the
marina for EUR 2.2 million, with EUR 12.2 million in investments in the
following five years. The money will be deposited in a week. The
consortium is made of Latvijas Krajbanka, SIA Multikapitals Investment
Fund and Riga-based Marin. (Source: CDM)
