Moody's: Possible Montenegrin credit rating improvement , 29.01.2010.

agency Moody’s could by the end of July change the credit rating of
Montenegro from negative to stable. Moody's stated that the economy
of Montenegro has stabilised
in the last three months and financial stresses are decreasing, due to
which it's possible to make Montenegro economic prospects stable. In
December
2008, Moody's reported a credit rating for Montenegro of Ba2 and
improved it's rating in April 2009 from Ba2 to Ba3 with general
negative
