Russian Mirax group obtained a loan of EUR 20m and plans to complete
the 38 exclusive mansions in the cape of Zavala in Budva with that
money. According to the claims of the source Analitika, Russians also
ensured the money for hotel Jedro, the construction of which is planned
in the second phase of the project in the cape.
The construction site in Zavala has been abandoned because of the
economic crisis since autumn last year and, according to Russian
assessments, future exclusive mansions are 70 percent finished. At the
same time, heads of the Russian company will talk to representatives of
