A
delegation from the
Ministry of Physical Planning and Environment, headed by Minister
Branimir Gvozdenovic, will attend over the next few days the
international real estate fair EIRE 2010th in Milan, where he will
represent Montenegro's potential for investment in different sectors.
Minister
Branimir Gvozdenovic during the fair will have a series of meetings
with potential investors, developers, planners and hotel operators as
well as bilateral meetings with officials.
The
Montenegrin booth will be exhibited and current projects and investment
potential of Montenegro. As part of our stand will present five
companies, which will have the opportunity to present their projects and
business activities, which will assist in confirmation of Montenegro as
a destination in which to implement large projects announced the
government.
EIRE Milano is one of the reference
of European trade fair of investment potential and place to meet leading
partners and potential investors.
Fair has two
main objectives: verifying the developed and the expansion of the
growing property market, which is especially concentrated in the
Mediterranean area and rapidly growing market. The fair is a country in
Eastern Europe, Mediterranean, Middle and Far East and South America.
Just some of the countries that have so far represented are China,
India, America, UAE, France, Germany, Great Britain, Russia, Hungary,
Greece, Spain, France, Austria, Morocco, Brazil, Luxembourg, Romania,
