On Friday, February 27, the fund of mutual investment HLT informed that
three companies applied to the tender for the sale of real estates of
the complex of Podgorica-based barrack Moraca, which is in the
ownership of HLT.
Representatives of HLT said that one domestic and two foreign companies
applied to the tender, but their names cannot be published in the
current phase. HLT invited the tender on February 16 and the deadline
for delivery of applications expired on Friday, February 27. Land of
21,100sqm and nine buildings of 1,780sqm are offered for sale. (Source: Pobjeda)
