Four offers arrived to the tender for the construction of motorway
Bar-Boljare. Among others, offers for the construction of the entire
motorway and construction of the priority section Podgorica-Matesevo
were delivered by Austrian Strabag AG and Croatian Konstruktor
Inzenjering.
French Bouygues, which was one of the six qualified bidders, did not
deliver an offer. President of the commission for opening offers Zoran
Radonjic did not hide his satisfaction with the results of the tender.
There are reasons for optimism because similar tenders usually have
fewer qualified bidders.
